I bought my first home at the end of November. CanWise gave me the best rate. Andrew was very helpful with any questions I had and he made the process go along smoothly. He was there whenever I needed something. I will definitely recommend CanWise to people. Very pleasant to deal with.

5 star rating because Matt provided exceptional Customer Service from start to finish. He was friendly, personable, patient, understanding and dedicated to helping me with my first mortgage experience. Like others I shopped around and it was CanWise that offered the lowest interest rates. I am very happy with their service provided and will recommmend them to family and friends and looking forward to dealing with them myself again in 5 years a(t the time of renewal). I completed my first home purchase last week, which was initiated back in August. Although it was a long few months, it was a pleasant experience for me thanks to Michael Capobianco and CanWise.

Michael got me the best mortgage for my purchase given my needs that no other institutions (including big banks and other mortgage brokers) was able to beat.

Being my first home purchase, I asked him a ton of questions. I visited CanWise office to speak with him twice and spent more than an hour every time asking him questions. He was happy to talk, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I now know a lot more about mortgages and home purchases than I did before I met Michael.

Without a doubt, I will be reaching out to Michael in the future for my renewal. Also, I would definitely recommend CanWise to my family and friends. My only regret is not knowing about CanWise earlier.
