Everyone at this place is a manager. They are rude and disrespectful to their clients. The lady at the front desk who answer the call doesn't know how to communicate with anyone.I called 3 times one day to change my withdrawal date the lady with her rude and disrespectful attitude did not action my request I had a NSF. I asked her to put me through to her manager, she cold transferred me to voice mail twice.I called back the third time the same day, I got the chance to speak to one person, who assured me he will talk to the lady at the front desk about her attitude. I final had it with them, I went into the off to pay off my full balance all I got from them was disrespect, I was also called a liar by one person who claims to be a manager. I have been dealing with these people for 15 years, 2017 is my last with them. I'm so done with them. The owner of these place needs to evaluate these so-call managers.
They are the worst lenders ever. They are not at all professionals. They don't know how to talk to customers. Their junior/new employees are harrowed by the senior staff.
I have dealt with Stalin Cardenas. I was very happy with his help. He was very knowledgeable, patience and most importantly prompt. I have done all kinds of financial deals in the past with various financial and brokerage institutions and various underwriters and brokers, but Stalin has got to be one of the best out there!
Your home is your most valuable asset. It is probably the single largest investment you will make in your lifetime. Your home is more than a place to rest your head and raise a family. Your home contains equity. It is a treasured resource and in some cases, can even be used as an ATM (aka cash back mortgages and HELOCs – don’t worry we’ll get there).
Everyone who is looking to purchase a home will need a mortgage. But, what is a mortgage exactly and why do you need it? Besides being the term to describe a loan secured by real estate, a mortgage allows you to access funding to procure your dream home.
